Founded in 1954 in Encino, California, El Torito has been a pioneer in the California full service Mexican casual dining restaurant segment. El Torito's menu features regional specialties created by its own executive chef, Pepe Lopez, including sizzling fajitas, hand-made tamales, enchiladas and tacos as well as traditional Mexican combination platters.
