As the leader of the team, Westom manages strategy, brand development, and vision for the destination. With more than 14 years of destination marketing and management experience, Westom previously held such positions as the Executive Director for Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau and spent 10 years at Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau in various leadership positions. Additionally, Jonny serves on many travel industry related national, state, and regional boards and committees. Westom received his MBA in Global Marketing from University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Fun Fact: Growing up in Palm Springs, Jonny frequently visited Dana Point, enjoying the beaches, whale watching, and Mission San Juan Capistrano.
With more than two decades of sales experience for major hospitality brands, Roberts leads group sales for Visit Dana Point. Roberts previous roles include Director of Sales at Long Beach’s historic hotel, The Queen Mary, Vice President of Sales at Long Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau, and various leadership roles at Evolution Hospitality.
Fun Fact: As an Ironman, Quentin often rides his bike from Long Beach to Dana Point, an impressive ride!
Smith coordinates website content, public relations efforts, social media channels, and supports various sales and marketing initiatives at Visit Dana Point. A recent graduate from Chapman University, Smith received her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic and Corporate Communication.
Fun Fact: Ashton’s favorite place to watch the sunset in Dana Point is on the bluffs above Salt Creek Beach.
