In celebration of Women’s History Month, Lantern’s Edge will be hosting a unique wine dinner featuring female wine makers and accompanied by food from our own, Chef Kristine Davis. Featured dishes include Roasted Beets with Goat Cheese and English Peas, Duck Leg Bourguignon and Rice Crisps, and New Zealand Rack of Lamb over Saffron Risotto. The wine pairings come from Cambria Estates and Nielson Estates in Santa Maria Valley and Santa Barbara County. We look forward to celebrating women that create great food and great wine with you!
