
Rare and refined, Truffle Season returns to Bourbon Steak Orange County with an exclusive culinary celebration for the senses. Venture through five savory courses that showcase a variety of truffles from coveted regions, including Périgord, France and Alba, Italy. Chef Nicole Encarnacion presents an artfully crafted menu highlighting entrees from Scallop Crudo and Alaskan King Crab, to Parisian Gnocchi and American Wagyu Ribeye, each dish elegantly incorporating delicate truffles. Alongside each course, sip and savor with Marci Kravitz from Folio Fine Wine Partners as she presents a selection of bespoke wine pairings.
