Embark on a culinary odyssey at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach with an exclusive dinner series honoring James Beard Outstanding Chef Award winners of both past and present. Your epicurean adventure begins with an intimate welcome reception, followed by an exquisite multi-course dinner meticulously crafted by the featured chef, hosted for one night only against the backdrop of the renowned Wine Cave.
Nancy Silverton is the co-owner of the Mozza Restaurant Group which consists of five locations in California: Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Mozza2Go, and chi SPACCA in Los Angeles and Pizzeria Mozza Newport Beach. Read more
The dinner will feature wines from Napa Valley’s historic Spottswoode Estate Vineyard & Winery, stewarded by the Novak family since 1972 and farmed organically since 1985. President & CEO Beth Novak will join Nancy, a long-time friend, in pairing elegant wines that authentically speak to their time and place.
Each ticket also includes a signed copy of “The Cookie That Changed My Life: And More Than 100 Other Classic Cakes, Cookies, Muffins, and Pies That Will Change Yours” by Nancy Silverton.
