Lumina Lamb Head to Tail
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is thrilled to announce the inaugural Chef Dinner Series. On Thursday, May 1, join us as Executive Sous Chef Steven Wan provides an exclusive, head-to-tail dining experience featuring Lumina Lamb, known for its tender, rich meat and exquisite flavor profile. Pair each course with expertly selected New Zealand wines, perfectly complementing the savory notes of the lamb. To finish the evening on a sweet note, indulge in a decadent dessert crafted by our Executive Pastry Chef Abegail Naguit. Please arrive by 6:30pm for a welcome reception, dinner will begin promptly at 7:00pm. A portion of each dining experience will support a local charity, with the first dinner benefiting the LA fires through GiveDirectly.
