Station Craft Brewery & Kitchen offers not only craft locally made beer, they also love highlighting collaborations with other local craft breweries and they have an amazing happy hour that is offered Monday-Friday making it an awesome spot for watching sports. Their cocktails are on point, especially their play on the Lantern Street cocktails, or a Hugo Spritz! Grab an order of their Smoked Chicken Nachos or a Smash Burger, and we love a spot that offers a kid's menu too!
Dana Point Ale House serves beers on tap from Humboldt to San Diego. Owned by Dana Point native, Christian Goodman. He spent his youth running around the streets of Dana Point and attended Dana Hills High School. His love for community and beer is apparent with its location in the new Prado West neighborhood. Did we mention that Dana Point Ale House also has an adjoining outdoor space where you can enjoy a pint with your pup while enjoying a game of corn hole or two?! Sounds pretty ideal to us.
Project Social not only serves awesome breakfast burritos, beer, wine but its patio dining is perfect for families too, it’s nice and open with a beach breeze! Dana Point beers are supported at most of the restaurants, and some have collaborated with the craft beer scene like the End of Summer Craft Beer Dinner at Glasspar, featuring San Juan Capistrano’s Docent Beer, but since one of the biggest highlights of Dana Point is the fact it’s the Dolphin and Whale Watching Capital of the World ®, so the combination of beers on the water with our local celebrities makes a whole lot of sense! Beer cruises are a must try and are offered in Dana Point Harbor by two of our Whale Watching Tour Companies making beer on the water a pretty rad experience. Dana Wharf Sportfishing and Whale Watching offers a seasonal beer cruise with Los Molinos Brewery and Captain Dave’s Dolphin and Whale Safari offers a Brews Cruise Beer Tasting Bash. It’s a great way to venture out of the norm and encounter the beautiful views of the harbor while sampling delicious craft beer on the water.
