Gourmet Gatherings returns to Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach for its second season, showcasing culinary legends in a three-part dinner series, amidst the backdrop of the exclusive Wine Cave. Headlining the series are three renowned chefs, including Michael Mina on September 18, Nancy Silverton on October 21, and Hubert Keller on November 14. Each event begins with a meet-and-greet reception with the featured chef on the Wine Cave Terrace, before heading into the Wine Cave for a multi-course dining experience, accompanied by wine pairings, and specialty culinary delights.
