On Friday, Jan, 27th, The Dana Hills Boys Lacrosse Team is stepping up its fundraising efforts with a sizable collection of great regional chefs participating in the 1st Annual Food and Wine Experience at Dana Point’s Ocean Institute.

Half of the total number of chefs participating in the event hail from popular restaurants in Laguna Beach, including:
370 Common’s Chef Ryan Adams
Sapphire’s Chef Azmin Ghahreman
The Deck and Driftwood Kitchen’s Rainer Schwarz
Montage’s Executive Chef Rob Wilson

Additionally, other regional favorites will be congregating at the Food and Wine Experience as well:
Chef Caliendo from Lazy Dog in Irvine
Chef Glennon from L.A.’s Superior Seafood Company
Chef Monson from 21 Royal and Club 33 in Anaheim at Disney
Yvon Goetz from The Winery in Newport Beach and Tustin

Along with great food and wine, raffles, wine pulls and silent auctions, attendees will undoubtedly enjoy jazz and blues singer Addie Hamilton. Perched right on oceanfront, The Ocean Institute is a spectacular location for any event, but this should prove a very popular evening for a lucky Dana Hills sports team.
